When a customer places an order, the required stock is allocated to that order. Once the order is fulfilled, the Allocated Stock for the order will deduct from the overall stock count. When an order is canceled, the Allocated Stock from the order will be added back to the stock count and become available again.

How to view Allocated Stock:

  1. Select the Product page.    
  2. Make sure that Overall Inventory is selected.
  3. Select an existing product.

  4. The Product Detail Page will appear.
  5. Select the Inventory Detail tab.
  6. View Allocated Stock.
