Ship By refers to the date an order needs to be shipped by. This date is synced with the user's Storefront.

How to find Ship By in the Order Detail:

1. In the left-hand menu, select the Fulfillment page. 

2. Select the Open Orders tab.

3. Choose an Order, and the Order Detail page will appear.

4. Select the Order Summary tab. The Ship By is located here:
