Signature Confirmation allows the user to confirm the delivery by requiring a signature upon receipt.
How to activate Signature Confirmation:
1. Select the Open Orders page under the Fulfillment tab.
2. Select an Open Order.
3. The Fulfillment Summary page will appear.
4. Select the Carrier tab located under Fulfillment Detail.
5. Activate Signature Confirmation using the Signature toggle.
6. Select Adult Signature Required if desired.
