Users can search for a specific order in the Open Orders page and the Orders on Hold page using the Order Number or the Customers Name.
How to Search Orders:
1. Select Fulfillment in the navigation pane and select Orders on Hold.
2. Click inside the Search text box. The Search text box is located on the upper right corner of the Orders on Hold page.
3. Search for the desired order using the Order Number or the Customers Name.
