Address Unverified means there is an issue with the current address. To resolve the issue, the user should correct or verify the address. 


How to check if the Address is Unverified:


  1.  Select Fulfillment in the navigation pane and select Orders on Hold.

  2. Select the order on hold.

  3. The Order Details Page will appear.

  4. The Ship-To Detail can be found under Fulfillment Summary. Under the Ship-To Address, if there is a red exclamation point with the message "Address Unverified", the address has not been verified.

  5. Select Edit to update the address and verify the address.
