The Order Date is the date that the user's Soapbox order was made.


How to check the Order Date:

  1. Select Settings in the navigation pane and select Billing. 
  2. The Billing Overview page will appear. 

  3. Under Payment History, previous charges will be listed. The Order Date will be displayed in the left column.
