This is the address associated with the user's payment method.  

How to check the Billing Address:

  1. Select Settings in the navigation pane and select Billing. 
  2. The Billing Overview page will appear. 

  3. Select the desired payment method.

  4. The user's billing address will be found under Billing Information.
