Users can Downgrade their Subscription plan at any time. Downgraded plans take effect at the end of the current plan's billing cycle.
How to Downgrade the user's current plan:
- Select Settings in the navigation pane and select Subscription.
- The Subscription Detail page will appear and the current account subscription will be shown in orange with the heading, Current Plan.
- Select the desired plan to downgrade.
- Confirm the downgrade.
- The subscription has been downgraded.
