Users can Downgrade their Subscription plan at any time. Downgraded plans take effect at the end of the current plan's billing cycle.


How to Downgrade the user's current plan:

  1. Select Settings in the navigation pane and select Subscription.

  2. The Subscription Detail page will appear and the current account subscription will be shown in orange with the heading, Current Plan.

  3. Select the desired plan to downgrade.

  4. Confirm the downgrade.

  5. The subscription has been downgraded.
