Users can void a Batch of Labels for a canceled order as long as the batch has not been picked up by the carrier.
How to Void a Batch of Labels:
- Select the Fulfillment in the navigation pane and selected Fulfilled Orders.
- The Fulfilled Orders page will appear. Toggle on Show completed batches and select the batch that the desired order was fulfilled in.
- The Batch Order Details page will appear.
- Select the drop down next to the option to Print Packing Slips and select Void Labels.
- Use the checkbox at the top of the list to select labels for all orders in the batch and select Void Selected at the bottom right corner.
- Confirm voiding the selected labels.
- The associated orders from the batch will now be found in the Open Orders page and a refund notification for the labels will be emailed to the email associated with the Soapbox account. The batch will no longer be found in the Fulfilled Orders section.
