Users can void a Single Label for a canceled order as long as the order has not b.
How to Void a Single Label:
- Select the Fulfillment in the navigation pane and selected Fulfilled Orders.
- The Fulfilled Orders page will appear. Toggle on Show completed batches and select the batch that the desired order was fulfilled in.
- The Batch Order Details page will appear.
- Select the drop down next to the option to Print Packing Slips and select Void Labels.
- Select the labels to be voided using the checkbox on the same line as the order and select Void Selected at the bottom right corner.
- Confirm voiding the selected labels.
- The associated order will now be found in the Open Orders page and a refund notification for the label will be emailed to the email associated with the Soapbox account.
