Users can select Custom Shipment to process individual orders.

How to create Custom Shipments:

1. Select Fulfillment in the navigation pane and select Open Orders.

2. Select Custom Shipment. 

3. Fill out required fields indicated by an asterisk (*) and select the white check mark in the upper right corner when complete.

4. The order will be automatically assigned an order number beginning with "SB-", followed by a number (SB-1).
