If an order is put on hold for having Insufficient Inventory, the product needed for that order is out of stock.
How to resolve Insufficient Inventory orders:
- Select the Fulfillment Center page.
- Select the Orders on Hold tab.
- Select Resolve.
- The Order Detail Page will appear.
- Order Lines will have a red highlighted area. Select it.
- Select Fix Now.
- Adjust Stock and Select Add.
- Confirm adjustment.
- Stock Updated.
