If an order is put on hold for having Insufficient Inventory, the product needed for that order is out of stock.
How to resolve Insufficient Inventory orders:
- Select the Orders on Hold tab under the Fulfillment tab.
- View your Orders on Hold.
- Select order with Insufficient Inventory Hold.
- Hover over the quantity highlighted in red and select Fix Now .
- Adjust Stock and Select Add.
- Confirm adjustment.
- Stock is updated and the order will be moved to Open Orders ready to be fulfilled.
