If an order is put on hold for having Insufficient Inventory, the product needed for that order is out of stock.


How to resolve Insufficient Inventory orders:

  1. Select the Orders on Hold tab under the Fulfillment tab.
  2. View your Orders on Hold.
  3. Select order with Insufficient Inventory Hold.
  4. Hover over the quantity highlighted in red and select Fix Now .
  5. Adjust Stock and Select Add.
  6. Confirm adjustment.
  7. Stock is updated and the order will be moved to Open Orders ready to be fulfilled.
